As an alternative to the Pay app, you can also have your card blocked by calling the Visa Global Customer Assistance Service. 




Visa will block your card using your card number (if known) and then connect you to your bank. Once approved by your bank, you will also receive a replacement card within one to three working days* in the event of an emergency. Alternatively, Visa can also provide you with cash near your location, usually within a few hours of your bank's approval. Call Visa toll-free on (0800 000 6510) or dial one of the worldwide toll-free numbers.
