How does the Conferma Pay app work?

Intertours offers its customers a convenient centralized payment process for hotel services to avoid the hassle of on-site payment. Intertours transmits automatically generated credit card data for each booking to the respective hotel. 

In addition, Intertours informs the hotel partner about the credit card used to pay for the hotel services and the exact procedure by e-mail, fax and control call.

Nevertheless, exceptional situations can occur that lead to a failure of the central payment process. 

The main reasons for this are: 

  1. The hotel reception staff do not have any information about the assumption of costs. 
  2. If the credit card provided does not exist in the hotel system. 
  3. If the credit card cannot be charged by the hotel for technical reasons. In such cases, the hotel insists on immediate on-site payment.

To avoid such on-site payments, Intertours offers the "Conferma Pay App" for travelers. This app displays the credit card generated for each booking. If payment is required on site, travelers can either show the cost transfer or submit the generated virtual credit card.

It is also important to point out that the card details have already been provided at the time of booking and that Intertours/Conferma has assumed the costs.



After you have downloaded the "Conferma Pay App" from your respective app store, please register with your e-mail address. It is imperative that you use the e-mail address from which the hotel bookings were made. This is the only way the app can access your bookings!
