Who do I contact if my luggage is lost or damaged?

If you arrive at your destination without your luggage, report this immediately to the local ground handling company. There is an operator service counter at all airports (near the baggage carousel) where lost or damaged baggage can be reported.

Please have your boarding pass, baggage carousel tracking stub and contact details ready.

Due to flight irregularities and flight cancellations, luggage often arrives late at the destination and is delivered by courier or post to your local (residential) address within a few days. Many airlines support online tracking from the moment baggage is found and assigned. You will also receive a telephone number where you can find out about the current status.

If you have taken out baggage insurance, inform them of the incident.
