To ensure the security of your Pay account, you must enter an SMS code each time you log in. Alternatively, you can link your trusted device to your Pay account. If you do this, you will no longer need to enter an SMS code when you log in to your Pay account with your cell phone. However, you will still need to enter a security code when you log in to the web app.
To pair your trusted device, follow these steps:
Log in to the Pliant mobile app.
Under "Profile", navigate to "Security".
Tap on "Connected device", then on "Connect this device" and confirm.
You can unpair the device at any time via the "Connected device" section in the mobile app. If you have lost your device, you can also disconnect the mobile device via the web app by navigating to the "Security" section under "Profile data".
