How do I find and edit my user profile?

The user profile can be found in the top right-hand corner of the admin or employee app. 

In the user profile you can:

  • view and edit your user data
  • view and edit their cell phone number
  • disconnect their mobile device from their account
  • request a new password
  • change the language setting for the app
  • view the legal documents for using the platform.

Editing user data

To edit your name and title, use the pencil icon next to your name. The cell phone number, which is required for account security, can also be changed by clicking on the pencil icon next to the phone number displayed in the user profile. 

When the number is reset, an email is sent to the registered email address with a link to reset the number. Once the new number has been entered, it must be confirmed by an SMS code sent to this number.

If you as a user have lost access to your smartphone and are therefore unable to log into the app with the 2FA code sent by SMS, please ask your administrator or owner to reset the phone number via the admin app.  

Please note that a user cannot change their own email address via the user profile page. This can only be done by an administrator or owner via the Members page.

Change password

To change the password, the user can use the "Change password" button on their user profile page or request a new password on the login page of the Pliant apps. With both options, an email is sent to the existing email address, which can be used to update the password.
