A user must have a mobile phone number and, if the mobile capture of receipts is to be used, also a smartphone.
This mobile phone number is used as a second authentication factor for secure access to your account with your cell phone.
The mobile phone number as a second authentication factor is also used for 3D Secure for card transactions.
The mobile phone number can be changed at any time via your user profile in the web app. You can find the user profile by clicking on the user menu in the top right-hand corner of the admin app or the card user app.
For the mobile app, it is also possible to connect a mobile device to your account, which can then be used as a second factor to access the account instead of receiving an SMS. The mobile device as a second factor can soon also be used to access the web app.
