How do you manage notifications about missing receipts?

By default, a receipt is required for all transactions that you carry out with your cards. Transactions without a receipt are marked with a missing receipt symbol on the "Transactions" page. A filter at the top of the "Transactions" page shows the number of transactions for which no receipt is available. By clicking on the filter, all transactions for which a receipt is required are displayed. 


Every Thursday we send a reminder e-mail with the number of transactions for which no receipt has yet been issued. If you would like to pause these emails, you can deactivate the corresponding switch under "Profile data"/"Manage notifications".
