To request a physical or virtual card, proceed as follows:
- Navigate to the "Wallet" in the web or mobile card user app.
- Click on the "Request new card" button in the web app. In the mobile app, tap on the plus sign at the top.
- Select the desired map type. Note that some card types may not be available (e.g. if you already have a physical card, you cannot request a second card).
- Enter the required card details, provide a reason for the request and submit.
The request will be sent to owners and administrators of your organization. If you specify a team when requesting the card, the request will also be sent to managers of the respective team. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the request has been approved.
