How do I add a Bahncard or bonus/loyalty program to my profile?
You have the option of storing any number of rail bonus programs in your traveler profile under the "Frequent Programs" tab.
Why am I not shown a saver price at Deutsche Bahn?
Booking via the Intertours Travel platform is only possible in conjunction with a major customer discount and a BMIS customer number. However, DB does not offer the saver price for large customers, only the super saver price, which is why the saver price is not displayed to you.
Please note that saver price and super saver price tickets can only be purchased if a mobile phone number or email address is provided when booking. The background is that travelers can be better informed about the journey.
