With many (scheduled) airlines, a certain percentage of the booked group size can be reduced free of charge up to a fixed point in time. If you have already made a down payment to Intertours, you will receive a credit note for the person who canceled free of charge at the time the ticket is issued and the amount will of course be credited with the next payment run after the account number has been disclosed.
With the typical low-cost carriers, such as Ryanair, Easyjet and Wizz Air, cancellation and refunds are non-existent.
However, if the person continues to travel with the group but the date or route has to be changed, Intertours can also rebook or change the name with many airlines within the group.
