How can I insure the trip?

Are you traveling as a group and want to secure the trip? Here, the common travel insurers often offer special group conditions.

For schoolchildren and young people up to the age of 30 there are again reduced conditions

If you are traveling as a company, please note that you have a statutory duty of care (241 Para. 2 BGB and 618 BGB) when your employees travel abroad on business. For this purpose, Europäische Reiseversicherung, or ERV for short, offers a special product, business trip insurance, so you can ensure that your employees are extensively covered. And so are you as a company.

Information and scope of travel cancellation insurance:

Political unrest or travel warnings from the Foreign Office cannot be insured/are not a reason to be insured.

Travel cancellation insurance would only apply if an insured event occurs on the part of the group, e.g. illness, surgery, death, death of first-degree family members, pregnancy, termination, etc. (see insured events of the chosen insurance company).

If, due to an event, the airline decides not to fly, the flight will be canceled and you will receive a refund.

If you as a group decide not to fly (for whatever reason), the fare provisions according to the offer/contract of the group flight apply.
