What is a (possible) approval process for the approver?

Modified on Wed, 17 May, 2023 at 8:34 PM

Based on individual conditions, an approval process for users or user groups can be started in GTP. As a result of the approval, the following processes are run through:

Approval process:

Permission requests can be sent to:

  • a single approver
  • a group (or pool) of approvers (single-person approval)
  • the user can optionally select an approver
  • a set of approvers (one must approve before the other)
  • or any combination of the above

E-Mail notification

Approvers receive email notifications, allowing them to easily approve or reject the trip in the email itself. All you have to do is click on the "Approve" (to approve) or "Decline" (to reject) button. Registration in the booking system is not required.

Alternatively, the approver can log into GTP and approve from the platform.

The email notification provides the approver with all the necessary information to help them decide whether to approve or reject the trip.

  • the lowest fare offered at the time of the search with trip details
  • State the travel policy with the justification selected by the booker
  • reference fields

Approvers can delegate their approval to someone outside of the office. The setting is in their profile and will be triggered for new bookings
