What does the error message "Out of Policy" mean?

OOP warns the agent/booker that this result is "Out of Travel Policy" and must be justified at the end of the process. It can be booked but does not comply with the travel policy.

After booking, you will see that the trip has not yet been approved by your approver / travel manager.

Under "My trips" you can filter all trips that are still in the approval process.

What happens if no approval is given?

Depending on the company setting, you can make hotel and car rental bookings and have to justify "out of policy" bookings.

Flights are sent to the admin or manager for approval. If the traveler does not approve the trip or approves it too late, the tickets will not be issued and no flight booking will have been made.
