How can your expense report data be exported to other systems?

Intertours Expense offers you various options for exporting your expense report data to other systems.

Data export formats:

To transmit data to your accounting system, Intertours Expense offers you three different options:

• Excel or CSV import via email. Simply download the Excel or CSV file and import it into your system.
• Data transfer via SFTP server. The expense data is stored on your SFTP server and can be downloaded by you at any time. 
• Activation of the preconfigured open API interface. Intertours Expense offers you a preconfigured API interface. Your expense data can be automatically transmitted to the system you are using.

Excel- or CSV-file:

This is the easiest way to exchange your expense information. Only the CSV file needs to be configured. You can do this quickly and easily via the Settings. 

• Go to Settings - Expense Management and select Add Integration.
• Click Edit and configure your file format, for example by specifying the recipient, selecting the booking type and defining the columns required for the data upload.

SFTP-Server:

In order to integrate data transfer via SFTP server, we need your SFTP server information, such as host, port, path, user name, password and - if applicable - certificates to set up the data transfer.

• Define the file format. CSV, Excel or PDF files can be transferred.
• Which data should be transmitted? If you use Excel or CSV, please configure the appropriate columns to import the data into your system.
• Do you use a firewall? Please check the settings to ensure communication with the SFTP server.

API-Interface:

In addition, Intertours Expense offers you an open API interface. Depending on the scope of the project, implementation takes 1-3 months. The exact duration depends on the specific requirements. If you have detailed specifications, please let us know.
