How do I email my receipts?

Sending receipts via email

If you have recieved a receipt as an email or as an attachement to an email you can forward the email to and Intertours Expense will automatically create an expense for you. You need to add an description on the expense and fill in other mandatory fields (depending on you organization's settings) to complete the expense. Add the expense to an expense report and send in the report. 

For Intertours Expense to identify who the receipt belongs to you need to send the email from the email address your account is registered to (the same you use to log in).

I belong to more than one organization
If you have an account that belongs to two different organizations you still email as described above. When you log in to Intertours Expense next time Intertours Expense will ask you which organizationen the receipt belongs to.

Can I email from my private email address?
Yes, that is possible. Go to personal settings on your profile and add your private email address to Additional email addresses. When you're done you can email
