It is possible to use Intertours Pay with the same user account for several organizations. A user can simply be invited as usual for a second or multiple accounts. By accepting the invitation, the user must once again accept the platform terms and conditions regarding the use of the Pay platform as an employee of the other organization.
After accepting further invitations, the respective user can switch between the various organizations via the user menu in the top right-hand corner of the web app or in the respective menu item of the mobile app.
Of course, the roles and permissions can be defined separately for each individual organization in which a user is a member. For example, you can only have the role of card user in one organization and be an admin in another.
