How do I get access to the card number, CVV and expiry date for payments?

Modified on Wed, 14 Feb at 9:25 AM

For physical Pay cards, you will find the card number (PAN) and the CVV (three-digit security code) on the printed card itself. However, it is also possible to retrieve the card data via the card user app. For virtual cards, this is the only way to access the card data.

To display the card number and CVV in the card user app, open the Wallet area and navigate to the desired card using the arrows to the left and right of the card image. Only hidden versions of the card number and CVV are displayed on the card image. To display the data, you can move the mouse pointer over the card image and click on "Show card details". You can also copy the card number with a single click to paste it into the merchant's payment interface.

Please note that only the card user to whom the card has been issued can and may access the secure card data! No other employee of your organization has access to this data, not even owners, administrators or managers of teams to which you belong. To reduce the risk of fraud and protect your organization's funds, please never share the card details with anyone else!
