Why do I receive an invoice for a trip fee?

As soon as you add a travel service to your shopping cart and then click on "Checkout", this service will be optioned for you. This optional reservation will be subject to a fee, the Trip Fee. Regardless of whether you make a booking later or the option expires/is cancelled by you.

The process can also be recognized by the fact that the color of the status button changes from red "pending" to yellow "on hold". As soon as the ticket has been successfully issued, the "ticketed" button will turn green.

You can add as many items as you want to your shopping cart. However, you should only press the checkout button when you actually book.
