What happens when rental car claims are reported?

No matter how careful you are, damage to the rental car can happen quickly. As the booking entity, Intertours receives the damage report and the invoice.

We will settle the claim immediately with the car rental company to avoid further costs.

We will send you the damage report. If you do not accept the damage report, clarify this directly with the car rental company. If there is a change in the damage report, please let us know.
