Normally, payment for a flight service is due when the booking is made. In the event of a subsequent cancellation, it is therefore necessary to reverse the booking and the payment.
Duration of the process
How long it takes before we can credit you with the amount for a canceled flight booking depends on the booking and reimbursement method.
We can make some refunds ourselves via the booking system, in which case the credit will be issued very promptly.
Other refunds must be submitted and can only be made directly by the airline. In this case we are dependent on the processing time by the airline.
As soon as we have received the refund from the airline in such a case, you will be credited immediately.
Refund
The credit will be refunded to the original payment method. When paying by credit card, the credit is also made on this. If you pay by invoice, your bank account will be credited. If we do not have the bank details, we ask you to provide the bank details in the e-mail containing the credit note.
It is not possible to change the refund to another payment method.
