Payment methods

You can set different accounts to different payment methods. A payment method can be, for example, a company card, private card or cash.

When it comes to payment methods, you can place all expenses that are made with a company card in a separate account in accounting and thus separate these expenses from the expenses that the employee has to reimburse.
