How do I add a Ready to Send tab under Reports?

Review mode

This setting gives you, as an administrator, the opportunity to review all reports before submitting and generating the file. You can also modify the report or return it for use or re-approval.


Go to Settings - Expense Management - Integrations tab. 

Click on your integration and check the box on the left next to Use review mode and then press Save
