Where do I add my email address as a recipient if reports are available for editing in the organization?

Reports for processing

Go to the Settings - Expense Management - Integrations tab. 


Click on the integration in which you want to store your e-mail address and click on the integration.  


Go to the When a report is ready for review, Send message to, and then select the user. Press Save when you're done. 

The user selected in the setting now receives an email whenever new reports are ready, which you can find under the Billing  tab in the Ready to send tab.
