How do I add a Paid tab under Reports?

Mark reports as paid

In this article, we will show you how to mark expense reports as paid.

Go to Settings - Expense Management - Workflow tab. Check the box to the left of Use payment documentation. 

You now have the ability to move reports under the Statements - Sent tab to the Paid tab by marking them as paid
