Problem


Some elements in the online booking portal are not displayed correctly, for example:

  • Buttons (e.g., Deutsche Bahn) are missing
  • Pages appear distorted or partially loaded
  • Functions are unavailable

Possible Cause
In most cases, this is due to outdated or corrupted browser data, particularly:

  • Cache
  • Cookies


These can prevent content from loading correctly.


Solution


1. Clear Cookies & Cache (recommended: only for the affected website)


Instead of deleting all browser data, you can remove only the data for the affected booking page.

Search for this website: www.gtp-marketplace.com


Google Chrome (for a specific website only)

  1. Open the affected website
  2. Click the lock icon to the left of the URL
  3. Select “Cookies and site data”
  4. Click “Manage” or “Remove”
  5. Delete the entries for this site
  6. Reload the page

Alternative method:

  • Settings → Privacy and Security
  • “Cookies and other site data”
  • “See all site data and permissions”
  • Search for the website
  • Delete the entry
