How can I manage my team's cards?

As a team manager, you can only see and manage the cards of your team members that have been assigned to one of your teams. You can view these cards by clicking on a team member on the "Teams" page and then clicking on a specific card displayed in the member details screen. 


Issuing and managing cards for team members 


As a team manager, you can only view and manage the cards of your team members that have been assigned to one of your teams. Other cards of team members who belong to a different team cannot be viewed. 


You can view these cards by clicking on a team member on the "Teams" page and then clicking on a specific card displayed on the employee details screen. You can perform the following actions on your team members' cards:


  • Changing the limit of a card within the team authorizations defined by a holder or administrator 
  • Change the card name (for virtual cards) 
  • Change the team assignment of the card; note that you can only assign the card to another team for which you are also a manager; otherwise you cannot simply cancel the assignment of a card to your team. 
  • Cancel a card 


You can also issue new cards for your team members within the scope of the authorizations defined by an owner or administrator. Proceed as follows to create a new card: 


  1. Click on a member on the "Employees" page. 
  2. Click on the edit menu and select "Create new card"
  3. Select the card type. 
  4. Enter the card details. Please note that you must always assign the card to one of the teams to which the employee belongs and which you manage.


Approve and reject requests for new cards and limit changes 


On the "Teams" page, you can view all card and limit change requests relating to cards assigned to your team(s). A counter next to the name of a team member with pending requests shows the total number of requests for that member. Proceed as follows to respond to the request: 


  1. Click on the member with pending requests.
  2. Click on the card for which there is a pending request.
  3. Read the comment explaining the reason for the request, click on "Approve/reject request" and click on "Approve" or "Reject".


Note that you will see all requests related to cards assigned to your team(s), but you will not be able to respond to requests for limits that exceed the permissions set for your team(s). You can contact an owner or administrator of your account if you wish to change the card issuance permissions. 


We will send an email for all card and limit change requests for cards assigned to your team(s) that are within your team's permissions. 


View your team's card transactions


You can view the transactions of your team members on the "Transactions" page in the employee app. By default, only your personal transactions are displayed on this page. You can switch to a view that shows all transactions, including those of your team members, by clicking on the "Show team transactions" button. If you want to see the transactions of all members of a specific team, you can filter for this team using the "Team" filter. 


You can manage the transactions of your team members in a similar way to your personal transactions. You can click on a specific transaction, view, download and delete receipts and edit the various transaction settings in the detailed view of the transaction. 


We will send an email for all card and limit change requests for cards assigned to your team(s) that are within your team's permissions.
