Which modules are available?

You can activate the following modules under the menu item Settings/Modules:


Card requests

Allow employees to apply for new cards or change the limits on their existing cards.


Virtual one-time card

Issue and apply for virtual single-use cards for one-off or occasional larger expenses.


Card restrictions

Determine what type of transactions are allowed with a specific card.


Trader-based accounting rules

Automatic accounting rules can be used to define suppliers, G/L accounts and/or tax rates for each merchant.


Teams

Create teams, set up cost centers and assign authorizations to team managers.


Manager review of transactions

Require manager reviews of team transactions to ensure they follow company spending guidelines.


Monthly transaction reports

Receive monthly transaction reports in PDF format for credit cards by e-mail.


Receipt management

Import receipts via upload or receipt inbox, manage them on the platform and export receipts via e-mail forwarding or accounting export.
