Why can't I find my current trip?

Have you just started your business trip and would like to check your booking? However, you don't see your current journey at first glance? That can happen.

Finding them is not difficult at all.

In the old user interface, please proceed as follows:

Please click on the tab "Trip monitor" and select either "In Travel Trips" or "Travel between" in the drop-down menu. 

Under "Travel between" you enter the desired time slot and you will see all your current and completed bookings.

In the new interface, you can see your trips directly on the home page. Under "View all" you will be taken to the page below. Here you have the option to choose between "upcoming, active or past" trips and you can further narrow down the display via the data field on the left.
