It is not possible to use all templates in the "Free" version. Access to the extended templates is blocked and is only available in the paid "Go" and "Fit" tariffs.
The templates are available to you after an upgrade.
To use the Travel Management templates, select "Travel Management templates/All templates" from the menu on the left.
