Advisor roles and permissions
You can choose from the following consultant roles with the appropriate authorizations for using Intertours Expense:
- User (default setting)
- Report viewer (restricted billing user)
- Report administrator
- Organization administrator
User
Each registered user has access to all their billing and profile settings. He can independently make changes and updates to his profile data and profile settings, as well as to his not yet submitted statements.
Report Viewer
As a report viewer, you can independently maintain your profile data and profile settings, as well as change or update expense reports that have not yet been submitted. In addition, you are authorized to open and check submitted statements (read and display authorization). It is not possible to change a submitted statement in this consultant role.
Report Administrator
The report administrator has access to his profile settings and can edit his own pending expense reports. In addition, he is entitled to process invoices that have already been submitted as part of the examination. This means that the report administrator can make changes without having to send the statement back to the user.
Organization Administrator
In the consultant role as administrator of the organization, you have full access to all system settings and can set and change the consultant roles for all users accordingly. Of course, you also have all the functions that a normal user has, i.e. you can change or update your expense reports and profile settings.
The consultant role is assigned by the administrator of the organization!
