How do I get a quote for a business trip?

We would be happy to support you with your business travel planning. You decide which of the following contact options you use to send your request:

Via online request via our „Travel requests“ function (password protected)

Required key data

The following information is helpful so that we can help you quickly:

Name of traveler according to ID
Your starting point and destination
Date & time of departure
Date & time of arrival
Specification of the desired services

Ideally, the user profile of the traveler is maintained so that we can take the information into account.

E-mail as a contact option

To make things easier, we would be happy to provide you with an e-mail template that standardizes the exchange of information.

Request Assistance as a contact option

After logging in, create a trip and select the desired service (e.g. flight, hotel, transport). The web form guides you through the necessary key data. Then use the "Travel Requests" button and add an optional comment.

In your trip overview you can see all your requested trips.
