How are travel policies assigned?

You can create travel guidelines on two different levels:

  • User Group
  • Users

This allows you to use multiple travel policies at the same time. The "User Group" level plays a central role in the distribution of travel guidelines. If you want to implement several travel guidelines, the way leads to the creation of respective user groups.

The travel policy is assigned via the Travel Policy menu. After selecting the travel policy, select the affected user group.
