This means that all bookings and records must be properly recorded and stored in order to be traceable and audit-proof at all times. The principles of integrity, traceability, completeness, correctness and availability must be observed. In addition, the data must be stored in an electronic format that can be read and machine-analyzed at all times. Data access must also be guaranteed so that the tax authorities can access and check the data at any time.
