Maximum spend per report

In this article, we will show you how to set the maximum number of expenses in users' statements.

Go to Organization and click on the Settings tab . 

Choose Settings tab - Expense Management - Workflow - Advanced Settings. Enter the maximum number of outputs for users in a report 

For example, if the maximum number of issues in a report is 2, and a user attempts to register more than two issues, the user will see an error message and will not be able to submit their report.
