Change exchange rate or currency
As an administrator, you do not have the option to change the currency in a submitted report.
In this case, send the report back to the user. To do this, choose Send back to user. The user can now customize the currency in their report and resubmit the report for approval.
Tip: the exchange rate can be changed under the Statements or Ready to ship tabs.
