Change expense report

In this article, we'll show you how to make changes to billing.

First, make sure you can edit reports as an admin in your organization's settings.

  1. Go to Settings and Expense Management
  2. Click report workflow
  3. Click Allow admins to edit reports.

Then edit the report.

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Locate the report you want to edit   (Note: you cannot edit the report once it has been processed and moved to the Sent tab)
  3. Click the report and then click the output you want to edit
  4. You can edit values and payment method.
