How do I approve someone's report?

Approval of reports

When there is a report for you to approve, you will receive an email about this. This is how you certify the report in the app and the web:

 

Web

1. Make sure you are logged in in Private mode

2. Go to To Do

3. Click on the report by clicking A report needs to be approved


4. You now see an overview of the expenses. If you want to approve the report, click Approve.


5. If you want to reject an outlay, change from Approve to Reject to the right of the outlay. If you want, you can add a comment. Then click Decline . The report now ends up back with the user, but the user can only change or delete the rejected outlay. The user needs to submit the report again.


6. Duplicates are now set by default to be rejected. If you still want to approve these expenses, change from Reject to Approve to the right of the expenses. You can then approve the entire report as usual.


App
