Cost center management
In this article you will learn how to manage cost centers for Intertours Expense users.
Locate the cost center settings:
- Go to Settings and Expense Management
- Click Dimensions
Click on the three dots on the far right and Edit configuration. Here you can choose:
- the level at which the cost center should be active - or deactivate cost center
- Default cost center values for users
- how the user can select cost centers (list, searchable list, text)
Click the right most three dots and Edit Values. Here you can:
- Create a new cost center by clicking Create new
- Delete an existing cost center by clicking on the trash can on the right
- import or export a list of cost centers
