Which individual fields can be created?

There are two different types of custom fields available:

• Dynamic profile fields
• PREMIUM: Reference fields

With individual fields you have the possibility to improve the evaluation quality, replace internal recording processes and collect additional data in the context of postings.

Dynamic profile fields

Add custom data fields to traveler profiles that

1. Can be permanently stored in the traveler's profile (e.g. a personnel number).
2. Can only be recorded dynamically in the booking process.

These data values can then be used in evaluations, as part of the invoices and in the invoice data import.

Field types

Free text or a dropdown is possible as a field type.

Editability

You can decide whether and where the field value should be changeable.
The following options can be implemented:

• in the Checkout process
• in the User-Profil
• in the Checkout process & in the User-Profil
• nowhere

Visibility & Mandatory Entry

Fields can be displayed in different ways. If the field values are already filled with a profile value and should not be changed in the posting process, the field can be hidden.

Entries can also be set as mandatory and provided with a validation.

Synchronization

The field values can be synchronized with external services.

PREMIUM:  Reference fields

Reference fields are a really powerful way to control booking and follow-up processes, as they can be displayed in general or product-related.
