What authorization levels and roles are there?

There are three roles that control permissions:

• Traveller
• Booker
• Travel Manager

Traveler Service

The role owner only books offline for himself and has viewing rights for his own trips. He can maintain his traveler profile independently.

Traveler SP

The role owner also has the right to make bookings online for himself. He too can maintain his traveler profile independently.

Booker "User Group SP"

The role owner has the right to book or cancel for a defined group of people. He also has viewing rights and the possibility of profile maintenance.

Travel Manager SP

The role owner is the internal contact person, has booking and viewing rights and access to administration. He can create or delete users, has full viewing rights and can book, cancel and maintain profiles for every traveller.

The availability of the roles may vary depending on customer settings.
